Products & descriptions
We take care to describe our shatter-resistant plastic glassware accurately. Product photos are for illustration; slight natural variation in colour and finish can occur. Measurements quoted on our website and affiliated channels are subject to slight variance; when purchasing, please allow for reasonable tolerance.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We currently accept credit card, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments. More payment methods may be added in future.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction. Your consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
